THE BEST PIZZA SAUCE RECIPE! - Enough for 2-3 large pizzas

Combine:

• 12 oz. tomato paste
• 3 tablespoons minced garlic
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp basil
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley if you have it
• 1 cup water
• 6 oz dry white or red wine

Mix and simmer the pizza sauce for 20 minutes mixing constantly to avoid burning.

You may refrigerate unused pizza sauce for use in 3-5 days or freeze for later use.
